Alonti catering is beyond fantastic! The quality of food, quantity per price, customer service, and delivery did not disappoint!... I was in a crunch to order a lunch for my company meeting today and found Alonti through a catering website. I was so delightedto see they were able to accommodate a large order for a same day delivery. I even called to confirm they could fulfill theorder and deliver. They were so kind at getting the order in and delivered early. I even had a vegan with allergies, and it wasso sweetly accommodated. I highly recommend! Read more

Our company has used Alonti several times for our corporate catering events and they never fail! We are always blown away at the... level of customer service that they provide. I have placed large orders and small, the day before or a week in advance and theyalways pull through. The consistency of their service, presentation, quality of food and their attention to detail has yet to bebeat. Their GM even called me once to verify the order and told me I had over ordered for the amount of people we were having.He came up with a solution to better meet our needs and ended up saving us money, which is a big deal in a small business. Being a franchisee myself in a food service business,I know how important social media is to the success or failure of a... business. I do not post reviews nearly as often as I should, as my corporate position has me traveling a lot and utilizingdifferent companies however, I felt compelled to write this one. I attempted to place an online order a day prior to my needbut was unsuccessful so, I filled out their online form for someone to contact me. I did not hear back from anyone so chose tocall the location the following morning. After speaking to a representative they informed me that there was no way they would beable to for fill my order not even if I chose to pick it up myself however, shortly after that conversation the general managercalled me back. After explaining the situation and what steps I had done the day before to try and place my online order heassured me he would be able to accommodate me and squeeze the order in even though they were fully committed for the dayalready. In addition to making the extra effort to call me back he even offered a discount because I struggled with theirwebsite (even though it was operator error). Going the extra mile for customer service is well worth the time it takes me towrite them a great review. Thanks again! Read more
