Food was fresh and better than expected. Drive thru staff was friendly
We got to the store when supposed to open and they weren?t even open yet. The building wasn?t open for some reason. And 10... minutes later I was able to call and they said that the fryers weren?t even turn on till late. And it took us forever to get anyservice and we did not get food until 20 Minutes after they were supposed open! Just terrible service! Read more
I feel bad about this review because the staff was really nice, but this location is subpar, even by fast food standards. First,... their ice cream machine is broken - let's be real, this is an American Fast Food cliche at this point but still unacceptable.Next, they didn't defrost any of their chicken so I couldn't get a chicken sandwich, even though it was 5pm. And finally,somehow, the root beer was way too sweet. A&W messing up their own root beer is pretty funny. The hamburger and fries I did getwere fine, but just go to the Whataburger down the street because this isn't even as good as a normal A&W. Read more

It has been years that we had been here,but recently we decided to stop by. Big mistake it's filthy, sad to say but even the... employees looked dirty. One even wiped his sweat off his forehead and continued handling the food. Gross and with Covid andother things going around,seriously! Oh and the language used by their employees amoung themselves is unprofessional. Theyreceived a star ,only cuz I had to give one to write a review. Read more
