Ordered two meats, two sides meal. Sausage and brisket on par. Good portions. Not a lot of barbecue sauce variety. Green beans... meh, soggy and not a lot of flavor. Red bans - delicious! Made with sausage. Couldn't stop shoveling into my mouth. Nice placefor a quick meal. Clean. Spacious enough to fit 1-2 large parties and some additional guests. Read more

We got the 2 meat plate and the Cajun pasta. All so good, but the brisket is a must! Would definitely go back!!

Where Cajun meets Texas BBQ. We enjoyed our visit to 220 Urban Smoke after visiting the Fort Sam National Cemetery. We chowed on... tasty brisket, sausage, ribs and a yummy Cajun Pasta along with Cajun Corn, Potato Salad and Dirty Rice. All of it was great aswas the awesome customer service we received. We were greeted as we walked in by a lovely cashier and we were visited at ourtable by an impressive 13-year-old young man who asked how everything was, and then visited again by Daniel - the restaurantmanager. We were impressed on all levels, 220 Urban Smoke. All the best to all of you and thank you again! Read more

My friend wanted BBQ and I was in the mood for cajun. We hopped off a plane and found BOTH in the same place!! The owner/manager... was extremely nice, the food was perfectly priced, and the portions were just right! Beyond all that though is the flavor. Myfriend had the club that had brisket and a homemade sweet mustard (on the side), and I had the Catfish Opelousas. What afantastic meeting of cajun and Texan! Not as spicy as I'd hoped but such a nice mix flavors I can see it being enjoyed by morediverse pallets. If you're in the area, do it! Read more

We tried the moist brisket, lean brisket, sausage, brisket grilled cheese, and mac & cheese bites. Wow on all. You know a place... is good when even the lean brisket is juicy. Great bark and flavors. The smoke level was just right. The fried mac & cheesebites were also a unique side and tasty. I likes the sauces as well that came with the meats. Will be back! Read more

Dudes! This place is SO GOOD! We just moved to SA and saw this place as we drove by. We looked up the menu, our mouths began to... water and we had to turn around to check it out. We got the Big Easy, the Monster Grilled Cheese, 2 drinks, and the Mac& Cheesebites for under $40. The brisket was absolutely delicious and so soft. Everything was great. The BBQ sauce isn't one of myfavorite types but it still adds delicious flavor. You definitely get what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 will begoing back. Read more
