The wife and I utilized the drive-thru on our way to the farmers market, and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of... the property, professional and attentive employees, and the hot and properly prepared food. This was my second BK I visited yesterday. Initially I went to the one in front of Tampa Outlets.. worst BK ever. You can read... my review on that one also in Google. Thankfully on my way on SR 52 San Antonio Area I found this BK. What a difference!! Quickresponding the drive through, I could understand what the employee was saying ( some just bumble) He was quick and accurate taking the order and I was given what I asked for ( Rarely happens in a Fast Food). Shout out to Conner. He should be allowedto train others. It doesn't matter what kind of job a person does, it should be done with the outmost professionalism andrespect. If you don't like your job , just quit and don't feel miserable and make others feel the same! Read more
Worst place ever. I ordered the new Crispy Chicken combo Bacon and Swiss. They gave me the wrong order. I went to the window... and claimed that the order was wrong, they said they would give me the right one and I waited 10 minutes just for them to getthe order wrong again. Read more
