It was a good restaurants, I can?t give a full judgement about it because I am use to California Mexican food. To me it was... okay. The price was worth it was got an appetizer meaning we paid for chips and salsa and cheese etc, the employees were kindand helpful despite being in a rush between drive through and dine in. Food was decent - it's been repeatitively bland the last few times I've gone. Their restaurant is absolutely filthy. The kitchen... is passable, but the rest of it is awful. Dirty counters, drink machines, bathrooms, and nasty bus tubs left in the hallway nextto the bathrooms where I nearly tripped over them. If you're gonna eat here, go through the drive thru. Ordered the fajitas, extremely overprice, as you can see we had to use our own salsa on sour cream and own cheese and own... tortillas because none of those were included in our bag. We live 15 miles away by the time we got home and realized that, we?renot driving another 30 miles just to come back with those items, luckily we had them. Very disappointed in Roses today! I really like this place! It is clean and has a colorful atmosphere. The service is fast and friendly. There are a lot of menu... choices and the food is delicious! It doesn't have table service, but that makes the service fast and you can refill your drinkas much as you want, whenever you want. There is a salsa bar with salsa, pico de gallo, and jalapeños where you can get all youwant. It is a good place to get Mexican food for you or the whole family. Read more

This is like if Taco Bell said "We want fresh ingredients and homemade tortillas, but with the same menu" Food quality and... expediency was great, but the chicken lacked seasoning and the salsas weren't very hot or robust in flavor. Looking around atthe clientele, it made sense this was a white flour, barely seasoned meat, with lettuce, tomato, and a ton of shredded cheddartacos kinda place. I was hoping for good street tacos.
