My family and I decided to try this restaurant out after a craving for Italian while in town. At first, we thought we would try... Joe?s, but reviews kept mentioning poor waiter service, and inconsistent food quality. One review even mentioned to just skip itand go to Napolis! That?s what we did, and boy are we glad! The food was delicious. The garlic knots are made fresh and weresoft and warm when they brought them to the table. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my husband the lasagna. My two boys gotspaghetti (one with meatballs, the other with meat sauce). One of my boys is a picky eater, but he devoured his meal and keptraving about how delicious it is. Unfortunately, they?re temporarily not serving pizzas. So if you have a little one who issuper picky but would be satisfied with pizza, you might want to bring something along for them. Prices were great consideringfood and the quality/portions. The lasagna was $14.99, the chicken parm $16.99, and the kids? spaghetti $7.99. Just go! Wedon?t regret it at all! :) Read more

True Italian fine-dining in San Angelo. Every detail is in place with care and concern for the customer, with tables, chairs,... tablecloths lined up perfectly. The restaurant was impeccably clean, with excellent Italian music one would expect from such anestablishment - creating a pleasant and welcoming dining experience. The owner was present, and he greeted me personally toinquire as to my day, and to welcome us to his establishment. Service was excellent. The food was superb. I chose an excellentclam linguine whereas my partner chose an excellent beef cannelloni. Prices were very fair considering the quality, establishment and portions. San Angelo is fortunate to have such an establishment, wherein all aspects are assembled withconcern for the customer and too realize a true, fine-dining experience. In the end, the highest compliment I can pay such anestablishment is to return and exchange my hard-earned money for their goods and services. Read more

After much research, I was relatively undecided about which Italian restaurant to choose in San Angelo. Eventually I chose... Napoli's because it seemed to have more contemporary reviews, especially on Facebook. I could not have been happier. The winelist was not extensive, but the Chianti Gold we ordered was magnificent. The pasta was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourconversations with the manager and our waitress. A solid choice! Read more

Generally i like the restaurant. I've given favorable reviews and as you can see by the photos, there were times when it was... really good. This last time, it was not good at all. The bread is wonderful. Staff is going downhill. My husband ordered asalad that looked like garbage... it literally looked like a plate of garbage with tons of crumbled cheese sprinkled on top tomake it look fresh. The entire plate had brown lettuce, it was not edible at all. It put a damper on the entire meal as it washis entree. Every time we go in now there is different staff. We like the owners very much but something is deeply amisshere. It's sad to say anything disparaging, mostly because you don't necessarily want to hurt anyone's feelings. It's just aheads up to the owners that the dishes are not doing well. Read more

100% horrible. It was a Friday evening & this place was probably at 20% capacity. (Only counting the large open room) As far as... the atmosphere goes, the other reviewers seemed to enjoy it. The decor is not cohesive or well thought out. They have tacky ropelights (the kind that kids put in their rooms) & modern light fixtures paired with classic paintings & exposed brick. Winebottles everywhere in a failed attempt to make up for the lack of style. If I recall correctly, I believe there were deerantlers as well.... Not the best or worst restaurant decor I have seen. The bathroom reminded me of a gas station & was notclean. The Food took forever. The waiter came out & said the orders weren't going through to the kitchen & they had to doeverything manually. (Like that is a legitimate excuse) They also didnt bring the food out all together. The last meal wasserved a lot later than the 1st... so I got to watch everyone else eat. Almost everyone had some sort of complaint about thetaste of their meal. The bread was the only part of the meal that everyone enjoyed. The chicken marsala was the absolute worst. It literally had grey water without flavor instead of sauce. My husband wouldn't eat it.... he has never complained aboutmarsala before. I tasted it & was surprised about how horrible it was. It seems like the liquid was simply boiled mushroomwater. It reminded me of the water in a mop bucket. Once our order arrived we didn't see the waiter again until he brought thecheck. Nobody asked if the food was satisfactory. We also had to ask random waitresses for refills. This was for my daughter's16th bday. We mentioned it. They didn't sing or offer a treat. (Not mandatory.... but, FYI) Will never ever eat hereagain. Update; I ended up vomiting the dinner up a few hours later. As soon as it left my body I felt much better. Read more

Amazing Italian Restaurant!!! It's in a strip mall on Knickerbocker Drive and when we walked in we weren't really expecting this... to be such a beautiful establishment. We were seated promptly and served our drinks and placed our order. I ordered the MeatLovers Spaghetti and my wife ordered the Gondola Ravioli. We were soon served with some of the best tasting and pleasantlydisplayed plates of fare. The Spaghetti was pleasantly hot unlike some other restaurants where the Spaghetti is slightly warm.My wife was highly pleased with her Ravioli as well. We hope to return asap and try some of their other dishes!!!!! Read more
