I worked at the store in weatherford Texas before joining the military. Personally knowing/have known the originators of chicken... express?. The Stuart family would stroke out if they saw the condition of this store. Trash everywhere. Nothing clean. Sittinghere with not another soul in the dining room and no rush going on at all. Trash cans full. No napkins. This location is sadlythe best in San Angelo but is horrific in how the employees upkeep. Lousy experience.one star was too much.cashier looked offended you came in to give them your business. Ordered my food, asked... for butter for the roll I pd. For. He looked put out, told me we're out of butter, yet the rolls had something onthem. Waitedfor food, finally got prepared.opened the box, no hushpuppies. Back to counter I go, clerk turned his back to me, stretched asif he was bored.i asked for hushpuppies I pd. For. He walks to the freezer, grabs some, tells me, it's gonna be a coupleminutes. Next thing I know, he walks up behind me,, sits them on the edge of the table,table, say a word,, walks off..he was toolazy, to even close the box, before he brought them to the table. Well I don't normally leave reviews especially for fast food restaurants. We went through the drive-thru today on November 2,... 2022 at approximately 6:40 p.m. after ordering our food we pulled up and paid at the window. While waiting for are food at thewindow for about 10 minutes or so no big deal we noticed several employees going out to a black Dodge Charger in the parkinglot. The employees then emerged from this black Dodge Charger with copious amounts of smoke extruding from the vehicle to whichI can only hope was a cigarette lol. None of the employees wash their hands and walk back behind the counter and begin servingfood beauty of windows lol. maybe someone should explain this to to your employees Then we were given our food and we wenthome, the chicken was cold lack of any kind of taste extremely Bland and the rolls were disgusting. If the owner or manager ofthis place reads this I would suggest checking your security cameras for November 2nd 2022 at approximately 6:40 p.m. for ablack Dodge Charger parked in the parking lot right in front of your drive-thru line so you could witness your employees goingout to smoke and coming back in and serving their foods without washing their hands.
