We ordered the chopped sandwiches and they did not disappoint. Regular decent sized bun, the brisket in it was absolutely on... point. The smell alone when we walked in ????. Had a nice little side bar that was clean and well stocked (onions, pickles,couple of peppers, sauces, etc). Nice place, will eat here again. Read more

Omg I think this is the best BBQ in San Angelo. I've tried all the other places, and they don't compare to Bubba's. The smoke... flavor and seasonings are on point. You should definitely try the green beans a potato salad. It's delicious. Read more
My first visit, I'll definitely be back! Very flavorful meats, jalapeno sausage had a good kick, and the sides were great.... Potato salad is a must try for me at any bbq spot. The sweet tea was pretty good as well. Read more
Good mom and pop shop, Brisket was a little dry, but that's what happens to brisket once you slice it up, Had a good taste... though. Jalapeño Sausage was awesome, as well as the potato salad and beans. Ribs were a little tough as if they had beensitting under the heat lamp for a while, but did have a good taste to it. Ordered sliced brisket and jalapeño sausage with pinto and green beans. Got a pot roast style chopped brisket served to me,... sausage was tasty but both were kinda dry. Sides were pretty good.
