Came here with my family. The parking lot is very tight and is shared with other businesses. The drive through empties in to the... parking lot so the on occasions it can cause problems with parking. When we walked in we were greeted and helped very quickly.The choices seem endless and can be a little overwhelming. The kids all had snow cones they also have other choices like an acaismoothie and an Oreo milkshake. They also have some coffee drinks and Redbull drinks. We placed our order and we didn't have towait more than 5 minutes before all our drinks and snow cones started coming out. Everything tasted great and when it was timeto go the staff got me a Togo holder and lids. The place was very clean and they have indoor and outdoor seating. We usually love going here knowing how consistent the products will be however that wasn?t the case today. I experienced a... horrible 2nd bite of pure salt, like rock salt, it was a shock and definitely made me spit it out. Had to throw it away, it wasthat bad. My significant other had chunks of ice in his sno which was also a shock and almost broke his tooth. We were the onlyones in the drive thru and it was around 1ish so I?m not sure what was going on but it makes us not want to return for awhile. Read more

5/26/22 I keep having issues with the sno coupons, and when I had the app, and a personal discount the machine got weird and I... had to wait in line for a few minutes... I didn't even get my 10% discount on everything, this is the second time 6/6/22 1 startheir opening time isn't even the right thing... sometimes they don't open at 10 but instead 11, same as drive-thru...
