A tucked away spot ABOVE the Metropolitan Market. Super friendly and helpful staff. 4 stars because half the cheese from my... cheesesteak seemed to leak out onto the wrapper. There is a small lot off of 4th St. and it?s much easier to enter from thereinstead of the Google Maps directions when had me enter from 228th Ave. and wind around the parking lot searching. I don't like leaving negative reviews for small business but mostly want to make sure the owners see this. At 12:30 lunch time... on a Monday the trash by the front door is over flowing and table tops look like they hadn't been cleaned all weekend. Read more
Food is good, but don't order online with this location. They have screwed up my online order every time. They don't read notes... and consistently fail to add or remove items, even if it was an additional charge. Read more
Very tasty subs, good quality! However, the wait was long even after the specific pick up time from the app order ahead system!... Only 2 young guys working so hard, then about 12:20 two more workers came in. Lots of confusion in orders, but they were tryinghard! Eventually when I got my order they threw in 2 bags of chips. The sandwiches were great . They made a mistake on my order however when I called them , they took ownership, told me to come... and they will own their mistake and they even game me coupons for my next order . Awesome food with awesome customer service Read more
Online ordering is inaccurate. Estimated time was 12:54 ... didn't finish til 1:21. Would have been faster to stand in line and... order upon arrival. An employee gave me 2 cards for a free sandwich. Appreciated the gesture / service recovery ... but time ismuch more valuable. Need to do a lot better than this. Read more
