Chicken strips were rubbery and the gravy was thin like water. Went through the drive through and the soda must have been mostly... foam because my cup wasn't filled all the way. I had been craving a flamethrower burger for awhile and was greatly disappointed when I visited this past past weekend. The... burger was cold, bacon was on the side for some reason, cheese wasn't melted and the fries were cold and stale. Now I haven'thad DQ in several years....is this just what they've become or is it just this location that has no idea how to cook a burger?Two stars only because they have Barq's Root Beer. Read more

The bread was smashed, soggy. The line was super long. Took 35 mins to get through the drive through. Wasn't given a receipt and... told "sorry" when I asked for one. It was a $60.00 order! Won't be back. Super disappointed. Read more
Terrible experience with manager. 75% of our order was wrong and she was not hospitable at all. Tried to blame postmates, but... it was not their fault that they skimped on items, made them wrong, salad was just a few pieces of iceberg lettuce that smelledweird and didnt include sauces we ordered etc. They can do much better with better management. Was excited when we saw this location opening. Unfortunately, every time we go here, they mess up our order. They don't pay... attention when you ask for special requests such as a plain burger or no pickles. Hope the training and staff gets better overtime... Read more
