Been going here for a couple years and usually the place is clean. However, this time an employee carried a marker in their... mouth, wrote with it, and from there I?m not 100% sure they changed their gloves before continuing to handle the food. I do like Chipotle, but this is one of the worst locations. They never have ice tea, restaurant is dirty, trash is constantly... full, and tables aren?t clean. They have a great location, but they need to train staff or change management for this location. Read more
This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. They are horrible with their consistency with their food and every... time I make an online order items are missing and the food is not the same quality as other locations. A few days ago, when mywife went to get dinner for our family, they told her that they were only doing online orders and would not help customers whoactually came to the store to make an order. That was frustrating, but we figured it couldn?t be their normal operatingprocedure to turn away paying customers who are right in front of them. Tonight I went back to give them one last chance. There were no signs on the door or anywhere indicating they wouldn?t help me, so I went inside and was told that, yet again Ihad wasted my time and they were only taking online orders. This is ridiculous - at least put up a sign and let me know thatyour operation is poorly managed and doesn?t care about their customers. I own a business in sammamish. I know it?s difficultto find good employees, but I would never treat people this way. Very poor customer service. The Chipotle organization shouldseriously consider closing this location or at least completely taking over management - this location makes the company lookincompetent. Read more

I've been let down here before but this time was horrible. Was waiting 10 mins watching the high schoolers who run this branch... slop order after order together and slamming them without care on the pick up rack. When mine finally came around, they stuck iton the incorrect shelf to for first names M-S. (My names Brandon). Getting home and opening it up, it just had chicken, beans,and white rice. I worked here for 3 months this is the worst bowl I have ever seen made. One, the portions are terrible. And two, this bowl was... $11 for half a bowl of rice, chicken, and cheese. Read more
Ordered two salad bowls today but one came with like 4 pieces of small lettuce, while the other salad bowl didn?t have any. This... happened a couple weeks earlier too, which is honestly ridiculous at this point. How hard is it to put some lettuce in a saladbowl? I don?t know what?s happening with the workers there but the managers really need to have a talk or a meeting or somethingand retrain the employees there, because for your order to be missing it?s main ingredient is something pretty outrageous. I have been working on at chipotle for almost a full year, the managers are wonderful, and most of the time with bad reviews and... complaints they have nothing to do with the employees, whenever we run out of a product we cannot serve it and we do as much inour ability to get a product we are out of, there is a bit of foul language used in the back of the kitchen and even then, as aworkforce we do not offend each other and if we are rude to a customer we always find a way to apologize to them. Recently wehave had some bad habits but none contribute to the bad reviews that I see all over the place. Read more
