Went to BK today, thought I was getting spoofed because how difficult for them to understand what I wanted. I asked for 2 big... kings, a large tea, and the #9 sandwich. However, he kept adding a small tea, which I told him that I just want the large. Theassociate then took off the chicken sandwich (#9) and kept telling me to pull up. I?m patient, but a couple cars behind me droveoff because how long it took and he kept doing the same thing at least 5 times. Then he added 8 original chicken sandwiches(idk, something else) adding my order to $55. Told him kindly that?s too much, my order was suppose to be under $20. After Ipulled up to the window to get it resolved, he kept messing up the order still. I feel like the workers there are not trainedand struggle with communication, nice enough folks, but I never dealt with such difficulty before. At least the tea was good foronce, but BK in my town is falling apart & probably won?t ever go there again, felt like it was too much work for the customerto explain themselves for 30 minutes & will be surprised if they stay in business at this rate, especially since a bojanglesjust open up in their side of town lol Read more
