They still don?t have the ice cream machine fixed but they do make the best caramel frappe. Their fish sandwiches are very good... also. The people at the drive through are very nice. Read more
By far the worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. Self checkout for your order is an absolute disaster. Imagine charging 40% more... the same terrible product and then making ppl order their own food. Will never ever be back. Read more
10/08/22 My wife went through the drive through ordered a cheeseburger, gave the cashier a $100 bill. She counted her change and... it was short $20. She went in and talked to the manager, ?She said? she counted the drawer and in was only 5$ short so basicallycalled my wife a liar. Pretty sure the kid working the window is pocketing cash money. Talked to the general manager on thephone and she said their was nothing she could do. They need cameras for accountability. No doubt in my mind they stole thatmoney. Read more
Ordered food at drive thru. Got to first window waited 5 mins while cashier talked on her phone and counted change. Went to... second window to get egg McMuffin, and bacon egg and cheese McGriddle waited another 4 or 5 mins get rec order from girl inpajamas. Get home no McGriddle had a sausage biscuit. Go back go in and waited at counter until a lady in. McDonald shirt and pjbottoms asked what was wrong I started to explain I didn?t get what I ordered and she said I don?t need your attitude and I saidI was just answering your question she threw money on counter and left. I eat mcDs several times a week and have started drivingto mall because I may get 1 out of 3 orders correct at this locations. I want to support my local store but this location hasserious issues. I know owner is local anymore but what happened to serving customers what they order? Read more
I went to McDonald?s drive thru this morning and ordered quite a bit of food they didn?t hand me a receipt and left out two hash... browns when I called back the woman said I could come back for them so I drove all the way back and when I pull to window theyonly hand me one and I go back around and tell them I?m still missing one and the manager gets a attitude and tells me I need arecipt and that she?s ? gon give me dis hashbrown? but next time I have to ?be doing dis? another time , they are sounprofessional and rude because they messed up Read more
So I work 2 miles from this McDonals and ask my co worker to grab us some breakfast. I ordered hotcakes and sausage. He comes... back with it but instead of an extra syrup I ordered, was ONE pack of of Chinese chicken sauce! ????. And no fork to eat with. So I go back and politely asked them to redo the order and the worker SNATCHES the old food and just grimaced at me. She cameback with the corrected order and THREW it towards me on the counter. I told her a little courtesy goes a long way and she justignored me. I called corporate but of course you just get voicemail. BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AT THIS LOCATION. Read more
