Little chicken sandwiches were awesome the burgers were trash...service was not very good..Since they forgot I ordered no onions... at the speaker they gave me half with and half without because of other cars behind me. Honestly they'd get 0 stars if it wasn't for the friendliness of the first person that waited on me. The last 2 were not... friendly (not necessarily rude just not people I'd want to ask for help from again). Food looked unappetizing and no one told meit was REQUIRED to get onions on my burger. Great customer service, but the food has gotten terrible at Krystal in general. You cant taste the meat, only soggy bread. I... dont get Krystal often so I was thrilled to see one next to a truck stop so I stopped on my way back by from a delivery. I triedone of the new chicken and bacon sandwiches. It was almost $5 for a few bites. The chicken was dry and tasteless, and the baconwas way undercooked. It was really gross. The cheese Krystals were just soggy lumps with no flavor except pickle. Verydisappointed. Krystal used to be a treat when I was a kid. Now Im not even sure they use actual beef. Their burgers taste likethe mystery meat that used to be served in grade school. Read more
This looks like a brand new restaurant so everything looks shiny and new. On our visit the place was well staffed and we got our... rather large order very quickly. All the little burgers were really good and the fries were awesome. Great experience. Read more
I've never had Kystals before but the lady at the drive through was very patient with me, as I had a car full of indecisive... kids. After finally finishing our order they got it ready super quick and everyone was very pleasant at the drive through. Ohand the food was very tasty! Read more

Krystals with cheese, tots, and junkyard tots ordered. Everything tasted fine. The place was not busy, and even with no one... else in the drive thru, it took nearly 10 minutes, which isn't terrible, but still a little slow. Water was .50, which, again,not terrible, but most places do offer it for free. The biggest complaint was a note at the pickup window stating that allnon-cash transactions would incur a 4% fee. This could have been posted prominently at the order speaker, but in a world wheremost people are cashless and where every other place does not charge a fee for using debit/credit, this seems excessive.
