All of the meat choices are fresh,... good-quality and flavorful (they even offer a small dish for you to add more seasoning if you prefer even stronger taste!)\nThisis a surprisingly great find and strongly recommend it if you are in Salt Lake City for a National park road trip!\nThey havesome rooms for Karaoke & sorts, so it does not look like a 100% BBQ restaurant for 1st timer like me, but trust me, this placeis good ??\n\nThey do not have a lot of service staff, so the owners themselves are super busy running around, but they areextremely friendly and attentive.
