Wild Pepper Pizza is a 0 star establishment. I walked in and ordered 6 Hot Wings and 1/2 pound of rib tips. Both are inedible. I... asked for the Hot wings sauce on the side and it is on the wings. However the Hot wings sauce can not disguise or hide the pinkunder cooked insides and the fatty texture. The rib tips have the texture of meat that is 2 or more days old. It is difficultto chew and Impossible to swallow. I visited Wild Pepper Pizza on 10/8/22 at about 1:45 am and paid 16.89 for Garbage. Shouldhave went to the new Big Daddy's on 900E. Read more
We’ve been going to wild pepper every weekend for about a year now. The gayborhood literally look toward for the weekends so... we can get wild pepper. Hear me out, garlic sauce pizza with extra cheese. It’s the most amazing, juicy, oily, delicious drunkfood ever. There’s no better nyc style pizza around. This is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had it tasted like cardboard very sparse Toppings. Not mention I ordered it from... doordash - and it was sitting outside my door for over half an hour or and I had no notification at all. When I order a pizzaonline I expect it to be delivered on time within reason then and hot. Not only was this cold but I had to put it in themicrowave which really turned The crust in edible. This was our second time at Wild Pepper Pizza. They serve Halal meat options and we always stopover eith friends whenever we are... visiting Salt Lake City. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Their menu options are interesting. We tried their wings. They wereyummy. Their sauces were great to go with the wings. In Pizza we tried the cheese pizza for kids. Kids enjoyed their meal. Weordered the Butter Chicken Pizza and Philly Cheese Steak Pizza. Both were good. Overall a great Pizza Joint. They should tru toimprove their sitting area fot a better customer experience. Read more
Order two pizzas- one cheese one bbq chicken and a two litter of Mountain Dew Received the cheese. It was cold and almost like... it was from the day before. The bbq chicken magically turned into a pepperoni which I can’t have. The mountain dew alsomagically became Pepsi. I can live with the cheese and soda but I ordered the bbq chicken for a reason and to not even let meknow of the change or reason as to why they couldn’t make it and just give me pepperoni is not ok. Ordered a pizza at 1:30, and it finally arrived at 2:50. Now, I'm willing to cut a bit of a break there because it showed a ton... yesterday so the roads require a slower commute. Except my order was wrong. I paid extra for toppings that didn't get put on thepizza. Not only that, the pizza is cold or like it's been sitting for an hour and is a little soggy. I placed an online order for a 14” Gluten Free Veggie Lovers Pizza. The online app said my order was ready and when I got to... Wild Pepper Pizza, I had to wait as my order hadn’t even been started. Totally understood and waited as it was Halloweenevening. The person who prepared my pizza was also very rude, okay it was a holiday evening, get it. I ordered a Veggie Loversand told the person this. When I got home I found I had a regular veggie pizza which was hard to tell when I looked at it in mycar. My pizza was missing all the toppings I paid for including the artichokes I was most excited about and paid extra. Sadly, Ipaid online and somehow ended up paying $27 for one 14” pizza and ended up including tip for a pick up since it was a holiday.Okay, I get it mistakes are made, but what really threw me off and my reason for writing this review is I called almost 10 timesafter I got home to speak with someone to get this order corrected and instead I kept getting hung up on. Every call was metwith an answer then hang up. Unfortunately, there is no email on their site, so I’m leaving this review so no one else has thesame issue. Customer service the night of Halloween was awful. I like to support local, but this was beyond ridiculous justanswer my call. Terrible experience and the regular veggie pizza was made hastily and tasted horrible. Had I known this would bethe level of service I would have just ordered Dominos.
