So today, 8/31/2022 has been the third time I have come to this location. The staff is friendly and phenomenal. I haven't had... a Chicago dog since I left Chicago 29 years ago. The only thing missing is the poppy seed hot dog bun. The cucumber lemonade isthe bomb! Even though construction on 3 west is not fun this place is worth the drive. Wow, I have never been treated so horribly by a young punk fast food employee ever. We just went through the drive through. ... When we got our food an item we ordered was missing. I had to lightly honk my horn to get someone's attention. This kid opensthe window and I told him the item we were missing and he said I wasn't charged for it. No problem, he rang up the item and Iwas going to pay for it. He came back and told me the total by saying "that will be $3.57 buddy." I am a 51 year old woman, I amnot this kid's buddy. As went to hand him my card to pay for it, I told him "I am not your buddy, I am a customer." This punkproceeds to tell me he is refusing me service for being rude, then closed and locked the door. He refused to talk to me orservice us any further. Since when is a customer expecting to be treated with respect being rude? We called the store and askedto speak with the manager, this kid said he was the manager, we then asked who the general manager was and he said he was thegeneral manager. I have never been so gobsmacked to be treated so horribly where I chose to spend my hard earned money. Read more

Loved the chili cheese dog and chili cheese thousand island fries! Best reminiscent of In n Out animal style fries but with... their own twist. Always go to this place when I travel because we don?t have them where I live :( Read more
We went through the drive thru and got the mini corn dogs, double cheese fries and two lemonades, one watermelon and one... strawberry. All of it was delicious! The lemonades were very refreshing, and not too sweet like some I?ve had other places are.I would have preferred more cheese on our cheese fries and for them to be a little more crispy, but they were good. I have to give this place a better than normal review, because the food was good, and the guy at the drive-through was... exceptionally caring. Edit: I?ve gone back multiple times. And have yet to have a bad experience. (Knock on wood) all theemployees are super friendly. Food tastes great. And my order is always right. Read more
