This is the worst location in the Salt Lake area. I don't know if staffing is their biggest issue or if leadership is blowing... it, it's bad. The order taker was so rude I just left the drive through all together. I will never give that location mybusiness again. Read more
So frustrating, the hours say open until 12, but went up to the drive thru at 9 and a paper taped onto the menu said ?online... pickup orders only?. I can?t believe they aren?t able to at least take drive up orders when the hours say they are open likeevery other fast food restaurant. Read more
This Wendy's is good. It's in sugar house so it's convenient to where we live but Wendy's isn't popular up in SLC I guess. But... this one has always been pretty fresh compared to others. Close to a freeway so thats nice for traveling also by a traget andtcby. Due to being short staff this one has been closed before 11 so look out for that. And I'm pretty sure the dining room isstill closed. Read more
To say that I am disappointed is a massive understatement. Not only is the dining room still not open, which isn?t posted... anywhere on the doors or online, when we got our food it was terrible! They forgot my ranch, the 5 for 5 I got was stale andtasted hours old, and we didn?t get a receipt at the window either. The bun on my burger was almost a rock because it was sostale. It?s safe to say I immediately lost my appetite. What a let down. Guess I?ll have to drive further to get to an actuallydecent Wendy?s. Read more
It was pretty busy bit you could tell there weren't hardly any workers. So the 2 ladies were really busting their butts off to... handle the long line of cars. They forgot one of our fries, but wasn't a big enough deal to bring it to their attention. Read more
So, its this exact time and this exact day... 11:30 a.m. 07/30/2022 don't know if management will see this, but your customer... service skills at the drive-thru window are severely lacking.. crew morale looked miserable, all the women working this morninglooked very unhappy with their job, or unable to handle the pressure of peak times.. in particular; the Drive Thru window girl,with the giant mole on her face... she shoved food bags in our hands, was disrespectful in the mannerisms of speaking... andessentially had a "what do you want, next window now... monotone I don't wanna be here voice". Great attitude, greatlocation... would not recommend. -99899999/10 Food quality is just as terrible as the attitudes, and below company standards...far from fresh... Dave is rolling in his grave. This is not the best Wendy?s. The soda machines don?t work, long wait for food. The staff is polite but needs management... support and training. Bathrooms are ?sketchy? and not clean and the towels are out. Got the wrong shake order. Hopefully theywill keep working at getting it right. Read more
