Just when I thought good customer service was gone forever the gal taking my order and at the window was am absolute delight. I... wished I could have caught her name. She had dark hair, and a raspy voice. She was kind taking my order, offered to add a couponat the window (she didn?t have to do this). And actually cared to ask about my day genuinely. I ordered a bourbon burger and the cheese was cold, the burger was barley warm and they crammed all the fried onions into one... spot. It was the most disgusting burger I've had in my life. I usually love this burger. I was dinning in at this Wendy's, Ifeel like people who actually come into your establishment deserve way more respect. I'm disgusted with everyone who works here. This place was a joke... some lil bearded dude(a employee) was acting like a big man, he was being rude to customers and... employees.. The place was clean, went to wash hands in the restroom which was also clean. The elder gentleman who took our order was super... friendly, made a lot of conversation with us. Food was also good. Only thing is that they took a little longer than expected toget us our order because I believe they forgot we were waiting until my husband went to ask they remembered but would muchrather go here than the Cafe Rio that it neighbors.
