The hours open is misleading. Went here on a Saturday at 8:15 am and wanted to dine in with 6 of us before zoo. We planned... this out ahead of time. The dining room was not open until 9:30 am. Please change hours to reflect the takeout vs dine in. Read more
The manager there was one of the most vile people I have ever met. I talked with one employee at another location, I was told... that the manager on foothill drive was terrible to work for. If I owned this Wendy's and I had a manager that ran off employeesand customers I would replace them. Read more
Wanted to give a shout out to David. The other night I ordered a burger with no cheese. I didn?t check it until I got home and... there was cheese on it. I called and David had super amazing customer service. Told me to come in the next day (I didn?t want todrive all the way back that night) and he?s remake it and give me a whole meal on the house. Went back and it was ready superfast! Class move and it tasted fantastic. Again, props to David for his customer service. Highly impressed. Read more

Worst experience ever! The blonde manager gave me dirty looks while I was letting her know how her staff treated me and my... family.. I came in with my mother and my kids and grandkids after coming from the zoo the kids all had been playing in the waterand 2 of the kids flip flops had broken we didn?t even get 2 feet in the door and the lady is yelling at us that she couldn?tserve us because my two 2 yr olds didn?t have shoes on.. Instead of saying hey do you mind after ordering grab the kids shoesbecause it?s a liability for us.. She yelled at us in front of other customers horrible service ever.. Read more

The only thing that is consistent about this Wendy's is their inability to get your order right, to the point of shorting me an... entire hamburger patty on my last order. This is a shame, since they're pretty much the only burger joint left on the EastBench now that Red Robin is gone. Read more
