Loved the vibe here and excited to see PNW coffee! Would have liked to taste some Colorado brews, but the flavor was familiar... and the small shop was a perfect setting on a cold day. The hand pie could have been better prepared/toasted, but it?s a nitpick. I enjoyed the stop and was happy to find a 3rd wave coffee shop in SLC that was dog-friendly. Read more

The way coffee should be...simple and actually poured right. I was so happy to find this place I almost cried. We are just... visiting here from the Sacramento area where specialty coffee shops are easy to find however in Salt Lake City it has beenreally difficult (capps shouldn't have 3 sizes). So this place was an absolute GEM and we will be here every day most likelytwice a day until we leave. My soul is at peace now. ?????? Read more

God this place is awesome. One of my favorite lattes in Salt Lake City to date. The staff are all incredibly inviting and... friendly. But they are also so so talented. The place has a ton of foot traffic and they moved quickly without compromising thequality of the drinks. Just a great vibe over all. They genuinely care about the quality of their product and take pride in whatthey?re doing. I?ll be back. Read more

I really loved this coffee place in all the aspects. Cool place from outside, very nice and neat inside. Not a lot seats, but... it?s still cozy and pretty. I got an Espresso (Ethiopian coffee) and it was great? I really loved it. I also got a vanilla latteand it was the best I had so far in the city. For sure, this is my favorite coffee spot in Salt Lake City. Read more

I can't rave enough about how I've converted from a sweet to a savory scone fanatic because of the Date Walnut Rosemary scone... here. Things you should know: I. PARKING We just use the street parking for here. It's pretty easy to find availability on aweek day II. SERVICE No complaints III. QUALITY This time around, we tried 2 pastries. The beet feta ricotta hand pie and thedate walnut rosemary scone. Both outstanding. The density of the coffee it high and strong ~ perfection IV. CAPACITY Availableseating for a Tuesday morning, but as the noon hour arrives it really starts getting packed. Read more

Certainly one of the best coffee shops in Utah, if not the best. In both a geological desert and coffee desert, I feel so lucky... to have Three Pines in Salt Lake City! The outdoor seating is awesome, and there are some seats indoors for colder winter days. They carry and serve Heart Coffee (from Portland, OR) and their drip coffee is top notch. I love getting an espresso and sittingoutside to enjoy the city or getting an iced coffee and walking to the summer farmers market. Make sure to check out ThreePines! Read more

Loved this small independent business in the heart of Salt Lake City. I sat there quite a while listening to the owner (he is... the smiley guy in my pictures) and his employee interact with their customers. Most were regulars. You could hear they had highexpectations for their order. I wanted to try something different so I ordered a Marcha - pictured with my review. The first sipconfused my taste buds. ?Hey this isn?t coffee!!? They shouted out. As I finished the drink my taste buds agreed we had a newexperience and it was pretty good will I go back for another cup? You betcha!! Read more

Tiny shop but very modern and chill. Attentive staff with fantastic atmosphere. The five counter seats facing the street is... perfect for pedestrian watching. We are visiting SLC and really enjoyed our latte break here. Read more
