Service was prompt, helpful, and very friendly! Tables, booths, and bathrooms were clean. I ordered the marbled brisket sandwich... with a side of fries, both of which were awesome. We shared big bill's combo, we went for the 1/2 slab of ribs with brisket and pulled pork. We chose mac and cheese with fries as... our 2 sides. The ribs were great, super tender, practically fall off the bone. The brisket was so juicy and flavorful I forgotto put any sauce on it. The pulled pork was light and fluffy like a little pillow of delicious. The fries are outstanding andthere dipping sauce for them is great. Tried some spare ribs and brisket flat cuts. Overall it was good. The ribs were tender and smokey, with tasty bark (glazed yet... not so sweet). I had no problem with eating them without adding any sauce. Yet, the meat was on the dry side. Perhaps they werecooked unwrapped during the fat-rendering time -- not my favorite but okay. The brisket was tender but also lacking somemoisture. Its smoke flavor wasn't strong and the seasoning was too light. You'd have to add salt/pepper or sauce to eat them. Read more
