Made arrangements for a Church Christmas Party. Total disaster. Purchased recommended sides and Ham. Completely ran out of sides... and had tons of ham. Had to run to the grocery store to buy ready made sides which were late and folks left. Recommendations forsides were totally inadequate. Manager reached out and said he?d take care of us. Ordered Christmas dinner here and the confirmation email said it would be ready by 3:30 and could be picked up within 24 guess... but mentioned nothing about having to pick it up at that exact time OR that they'd be closing early. I showed up at 5, wellbefore their closing time, to pick up the expensive Christmas dinner for my family and no one was there. There wasn't even asign on the door saying they had closed early! So, my family didn't get to have the Christmas dinner we were counting on. At thevery least, there should have been some sort of notice in the confirmation email that they had different hours that day. I'm sosad and frustrated to have had such a negative experience and better receive a full refund! Read more

I have had many Honeybaked Hams over the years but this year was very disappointing. I paid over $90 for a 10 lb ham but only... half of it was good. The other half was so fatty that I actually threw it away. About $45-50 totally wasted. The spiral hamfrom Costco with the glaze packet is less than half the price and just as good. This was my first time at Honey Baked. My wife received a gift certificate from work so we opted for a ham for Easter dinner.... The store has a pleasing decor that is clean and fresh. As I was waiting in line I noticed how each employee greeted theircustomer and was friendly and informative in explaining the options available to them. As someone who has worked in the meatindustry my whole life I can see the value of the information they are sharing to help customers make decisions. The ham wereceived was of good quality and I could recommend it to anyone. As their name states, the hams are sweet. A bit more than myliking but not excessively so. Overall my only issue is with price. You can purchase similar quality for much less elsewhere butI'm sure their niche is secure because of their attention to detail. Read more
