I ordered the portobello on sourdough bread and it was pretty good. My only complaint was the burger patty was smaller than the... bread so the corners ended up being bread and veggies only. We ordered a lot of food for other family and they were able to geteverything to us pretty quick. Read more
I have been to this restaurant a few times and I've always had a good experience. The burgers are good and the fries are also... good. The reason why I'm giving four stars is I don't think it's the best food I've ever had and I would prefer some otherburger joints in the area. I do love their Strawberry Limeade it is really good and it says that it is freshly assembled eachday. The service is always been good for me I've never had an issue or waited a long time for my food. I will definitely begoing back as everything is good. Read more
The habit was good ,service was ok asked for well done fries but received normal cooked fries. It seems that it is just a bit... different than where it was originated in S.B. but meal was ok.OK. restaurant was clean no issues there. Read more
They have good burgers, but 80% of the time they aren?t cooked. I have gotten about 5 raw burgers (asked for well done) in a 7... month period. Staff has been great, but please fix this problem of raw burgers at this location. Read more

Placed a Togo order for my birthday and upon getting home, we noticed that the order was completely incorrect. The ticket on the... bag was correct (which is what I checked in store) but the burgers were completely wrong and we only got one side that was alsoincorrect. This company has no direct line of communication between the customers and physical stores so calling for acorrection was impossible. All I could do was email the customer service team to explain the situation and ask for a refund as Iwas not going to drive all the way back and wait another 30 minutes for the food to be remade. I would have gone back if Icould've called ahead so it was already being cooked. The customer service team took 2 days to respond and then offered me"Chartickets" to use on a future order. This event also completely changed my birthday plans for the evening. I have never hadsuch a hard time being refunded for an incorrect order. Read more
