I came here with my sister on a random Wednesday evening. We were looking for a new place to try and stubbled upon this... restaurant. We loved it! There were a lot of people there but only had to wait a few minutes before getting seated. Our waitresswas nice, brought me a refill on my drink before it was even done! I was skeptical about the baked cream cheese and crackers appetizer but WOW was it the best way to start the meal. Absolutely... recommend it 10/10. I also had the garden sandwich which is fresh and filling but light and I tried my friends meal (she got theravioli) and it was SO good. I would order all of the above again. Went to brunch and it didn't disappoint! The muffins to start were a nice surprise and so delicious! We ordered the Dodo... Breakfast, Corned Beef Breakfast and Kids Pancake Combo. Everything was excellent! Great service and ambiance too. And the viewsof Sugar House Park was the icing on the cake! Also, order the Toll House Pie.... It was yummy and delicious! Read more
New pot of coffee with glasses of water. Steve did a great job keeping our coffee topped out. We had the Chicken Salad sandwich... with a salad and house dressing. Which was tasty by the way. Also a Spinach Omelette was had, Hash browns a little crispy, Ididn't ask for them that way but like them that way much better. They were slightly greasy but very good just the same. Came for lunch on Sunday, didn?t realize they were only serving from a limited brunch menu, but were still able to find some... good salads. Definitely a busy place, waited about 25 minutes for a table. Food portions were huge and we received our foodquickly. Everything was fresh and tasted good! Will have to come back another time to try the regular menu. Read more
We had breakfast food for lunch which came with some really good has browns. The hash browns had diced peppers and onions in... them, so they had nice flavor without having to even add any ketchup. I'll be going back when I can. Read more
Great place and food to come with family or friends. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are friendly. It does get busy so come... early and make a reservation. I enjoyed everything about the food here. The options we selected must have been made for us because they were perfect! Pasta is... not usually something I enjoy, but it was recommended by the waiter as a special. I am always more than happy to tryrecommendations and I'm glad I did. The avocado pasta was so flavorful and was a great texture combination. Not overly starchylike some places. However, I would marry the baker of their deserts in a heartbeat. Lol! I've never had anything ever taste togood. Blueberry sour cream pie sounded odd, but looked amazing. I tried it and I didn't leave disappointed at all. Best thingI've ever tasted to be honest. I would love to come again. It's a bit pricey for my regular budget, but I would fit it in when Icould due to the taste.
