The daily is the best coffee spot in Salt Lake City and frankly some of the best coffee I have ever had. The employees are... masters at their craft and put real care into each cup of coffee. They are all amazing especially Esmee who is usually therewhen I come in before work. You can tell she knows what she is doing and cares to have a personal connection with people ratherthan a fake customer service smile that is so tiring these days. All the employees are amazing and I feel bad for them when Isee the upstairs office people treat them rudely (which seems to happen too often). I recommend everyone try the daily at leastonce I promise it?s a magical experience and please remember to be nice to your hard working baristas! Read more
One of the best coffee shops I've been to! I wake up and the first thing I think of is coming to get coffee from my favorite... baristas, unlike my grandmas coffee which isn't good. Esmee knows how to make a cup of coffee so good that it will bring tearsto your eyes as well as being nicer than my grandma who hits and insults me when I mention her coffee not being as good as TheDaily's coffee. 10/10 would recommend this establishment. 0/10 I don't recommend my grandma's coffee. ( Look grandma it's notthat I don't love you. I just think that your coffee could be better. Maybe stop trying to poison me, because I know you putsomething in the coffee every morning and that's why I don't drink your stupid coffee.) Read more
I work as an Uber eats driver abd had a delivery to this building so I thought I?d come get a coffee and ask where to drop and I... was inmediateiy cut off by the female of Asian heritage by saying very rudely ? ya we don?t accept deliveries? and seemed verybothered by me asking for help, so I walked out and she felt like repeating ? we don?t accept that here? as a warning for nexttime. You?d think there would some empathy for another worker trying to have a good day. I?ll see you next Friday to drop offthe next order :) Read more
Hands down the best pastries and really great coffee. I keep meaning to come back for a breakfast sandwich but the treats always... steal my attention. Employees are great and really friendly. They all make awesome lattes, too. Just a nice place to spend yourmorning. Read more
Talk about horrible customer service. I dnt know if the girls that work cashier are racist or just feel like they?re too good to... serve me, but I?m never treated nicely coming into this place. I work on one of the floors in the same building and often visitthis spot to grab me food when I forget my breakfast or lunch. They always give me an attitude, roll their eyes or huff and puffas if I?m bothering them. I?m always embarrassed when they treat me this way especially infront of other customers. I?m verynice, but don?t know why I always have a bad experience when coming here. I find it sad that I will no longer go here againbecause its such a cute lil spot?a little pricey, but was convenient for me. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Itwould be nice to smile when customers come in instead of looking like you hate your job. Read more
I hope this place opens back up soon!! This is an old photo...but hope to visit this place again soon. We stopped in here... randomly to get out of the rain. It was super tidy with a very welcoming staff. Food was delicious, especially the bacon! Theircoffee reminded me of local coffee shops in Seattle...top tier.
