I asked specifically for NO sour cream on my Beefy Melt Burrito and you want to know what they did? They have sour cream on it!... Also I didn?t even get my Beefy Melt Burrito they gave me a 5 Layer Burrito instead. They got the crunchy taco right but howhard is it to make a decent taco. NEVER eat at this taco bell. The staff is rude and dismissive, but that's not the reason for my review. They actually SPIT in my... food, I had half a mind to call the cops. I frequent this place a lot. I don?t think I?ve ever had an issue with my order. They always get it correct. Sometimes I go to... the Taco Bell on State Street and they will do things like ignore my request to omit something, or just not give you sour creamon anything. This Taco Bell has been awesome because they just get it right. I?ve been here for breakfast too, and the breakfastburritos are so good, I recommend them. Read more

Over all it's fine. Same food as always but I haven't been impressed the last 2 times I went. Both times I payed for them to... substitute my taco for a doritto loccos taco and both times I got back to the office with a normal one. Also I had a new giftcard and when I went through the drive thru they said nothing was on it. This time I went in and did the self serve one and itworked fine. Wish he would have tried it again or on a different machine after I said it was new but he just wanted me to figuresomething else out. Also I ordered nacho fries and only got half a thing...
