never in my life have I been more disappointed in a company. I tried ordering online and it had nowhere for me to pay. I go to... the store and show them that there's nowhere for me to pay and only one of my items is an online only item. I ended up not beingable to get that item even though I tried to go through their steps and they still did not want to work with me and get me thatitem. I don't understand how you can have online only items but make it to where your customers cannot pay for it online so thatthey cannot get those items Read more
Rating this as a door dasher. I no longer take orders from here because I have waited at least 20 mins the two times I?ve taken... the order. I can only image how frustrating it is as a the person who placed that order to get a late delivery. The second timeI did take an order I arrived at 9:45 pm on a Friday and the lobby was closed and people just stood at the cash register and didnothing. Why be closed if you?re gonna do nothing? Considering I was just looking for something quick and easy not expecting a very good meal it was made fairly well. I used to... love Taco Bell but since probably 2017 quality control has went downhill quite a bit but this particular one they were on top ofthings and the food was good. Read more
Sadly I ordered ahead and their system failed. Their employees did the best they could, but it took 30 minutes to solve/complete... my order after scheduling in advanced for pick up. After providing screen shots of both my order confirmation and payments(theyasked to see my bank account- I don't think so!) they finally worked things out. Barely any cheese bean and cheese only burrito not to mention they were lacking on my cheese quesadillas barely any cheese....
