This Starbucks has the best customer service in the valley. Employees are genuine all the time and they do everything to make it... easier for you. When the app is down they did not charge us for anything. Yeah it was $15 gesture but it makes consumer happy! Read more
This Starbucks is alright. I usually order online so it will be ready for me at pickup. The drinks here have been way better... than other Starbucks I?ve gone to that seems like the drinks were watered down. Nothing else to say about this place. Very fast and super friendly. Just off of 215 in the sugarhouse shopping area. Very easy to get to. We came just before they... closed and snagged their last Turkey, Bacon Eggwhite sandwiches. We also wanted to purchase a couple of large tumblers withstraws. The Barista had a variety for us to choose from as we drove up to the window and not once did we feel like we wereburdening him. This is literally the slowest Starbucks in the country. Seriously, when you think to yourself ?I should swing by this location?... instead get on I-80 and head West because the 12 hour drive to Seattle will be a blessed respite from the wait here. All jokingaside we waited on site 25min for an online order. Meanwhile watched one of the employees run out of almond milk half waythrough making a coffee and just fill up the coffee with regular milk?I?m sure they weren?t lactose intolerant or anything.
