I normally rate Starbucks much higher. No chairs I am walking. Wanted to sit and rest with banana nut bread.
I?ve went to this Starbucks for over a year now. I get the same drink. Today, the heavy cream in my drink was spoiled. Rancid.... So I brought it back to tell them, I nicely told them that it was chunky, tasted spoiled, and honestly it smelled rancid. Theguy that took my drink was nice and so is the girl (she?s always nice) but the rest of the crew tried to embarrass me by themtaking sips of the heavy cream and loudly saying ?it?s not spoiled. You?d know if it was spoiled.? I?ve never experienced suchhorrible customer service there until today. They keep switching employees every month, and this month it looks like veryimmature teenage boys. It?s getting to the point to where it doesn?t even taste like Starbucks anymore due to the turnaroundrate. I know that the employees don?t care if they lose a customer (because they?re immature unfortunately) but they definitelylost one today. (The one star is for the girl, you?re great!) Read more
I feel like their ripping people off. I've always loved starbucks, I know sometimes their over priced but usually the coffee... tastes great, and for me, worth it. However lately, I've been seeing refreshers underpoured and my latte was clearly not agrande sized. I dont like feeling like the company just takes advantage of people's money.
