We only got drinks. We did not order food. The barista was probably the friendliness I have encountered. Very helpful with... looking at their different cups! Reviewing solely based on the building layout, which is valid because the business chose this insanity: Horrible drive thru... layout makes cars spill into the street. Almost got creamed trying to make a left turn in because drive thru traffic blocked theentrance to the shopping center. Read more
No need to sit it the drive through at thIs location. Always ample parking and the inside counter seems to faster too. Use the... North or South parking lot either as these two side street exits dump you out on roads with traffic lights to make getting backon to Foothill Drvie safer and simpler especially if your wanting to head North. The employee taking orders in the drive through needs hygiene talk from supervisor. Sloppy appearance doesn?t work for me or his... attitude. 08/19/2022 during Lunch today. I asked him to please top off the pink drink and he had a problem with that. I ampaying for that pink drink and so I need it to be filled to the top. Of course not to the point that it?s spilling. He gave memy Anericano coffee and I took a drink and the lid bounced back made the lid come off and the coffee spilled all over my shirtand burned me. The employee gave me napkins. Every time I take a drink from my coffee it sounds like a drum thump thump.Definitely not a good experience. Some one needs to do something about this please. Thank you. I ordered a Dragon Drink and A coffee as an uber eats order. When they dont have what you asked for their supposed to call you... to ask if you still want it. They gave me a dragon drink without half the Ingredients. I called them and they even said theyknew they didnt have what they needed and still sent it. Even telling me it tasted the same without the ingredients that weremissing. I didnt even realize how bad this experience was till my sister told me. She even said it's on the list of placesshe'll never get drinks from again cause it was always a bad experience. Dont go to this Starbucks. Read more
I think it's actually a nice location. Plenty of parking to get in and out of and very easy access. It is quite spacious and... very vibrant. It's only a 4-star because when they make the drinks and food it's just set on a counter and no one's calling outfor anything. My drink was placed on the mobile order pick-up stand and the food was placed on a counter and you have to checkback every minute to see if your stuff is ready. Read more
