We've eaten here before and had an outstanding experience and this time it was good too, just not as good as last time. Staff... and ambiance are excellent. We ordered a shared appetizer with a fried polenta cake, pear, honey, cured meat, and that wasgood-- interesting flavors and textures. We had the beet salad upon recommendation and they were kind to split it for us. ThisWAS delicious. We also got the gnocchi dish and the lobster pasta and added mussels. The gnocchi was just a little gummy, butthe sauce was really nice, and the lobster had been cooked maybe a tiny bit too long, because it was a little toughtoo. Overall nice experience. Read more
My son and I came here because of a recommendation of a friend. Our meal was delicious. The stanza lasagna is the best lasagna... I’ve ever had. The spring salad was amazing and large enough for both of us to share. The small plates were also really yummy.Delicious food in an upscale dining atmosphere. We will definitely come back! Read more
Stanza is a one of a kind experience tucked away in the avenues of SLC. Each course is excellently crafted, and the ingredients... are noticeably of a higher quality than other restaurants nearby. After visiting Italy years ago dining here was a pleasantreminder of the joys authentic Italian food has to offer. What a treat it is to dine here! Read more
Great food and amazing service. They had a lot of great vegetarian options. I had the stanza lasagna and it was amazing. We also... got the olives and the gnocchi. It was all very good. We will definitely go back. Read more
