I ordered online from this location on Saturday evening, 2 hours before they closed. Drove 21 minutes to pick it up and when we... got there, there was a piece of paper taped to the door saying sorry we are closed. Charge for the burgers still came out of mybank. Still waiting for a refund for food I never received, and super irritated that I spent 45 minutes of my evening driving toget food that wasn?t available. I get it, s*#! happens, but if you?re going to close several hours early, shut down the onlineordering. Really lame Smashburger. Read more
I have not been to a smash burger very many times but the times that I have I have always been impressed by the quality. This... time however I was very disappointed. For $15 for a one burger and fries you would expect above average quality at a minimum,but my burger came out covered with what must?ve been half of the jar of mayonnaise which almost made me puke when I took thefirst bite. I ended up scraping most of it off and ended up with about 3 tablespoons of extra mayonnaise. In taste it wascomparable to a Wendy?s burger. The wait time was about average but definitely not quick. I normally love smash burger and was excited to come and get some great food. however at this location, that did not happen at... all. After waiting for more than 30 minutes to get our food, the fries were 30 seconds away from being classified as chips andthe burger was meh. Do better. Read more
Dirty, most unfriendly service, with a bad attitude. I think she needed to take the day off. No wonder there was only one other... table during lunch. And we got the unlucky number 13 for our table #. Soap container in bathroom is empty. Should have stuckwith Tony Burger. Read more
When I get in, no one at the counter for ordering. Basically don?t expect customer service. Burger is not bad but fries not good... and as you can see in the image it is large fries lol. Read more
