I love the charcuterie option. I love the burrata and tomato option. I love the build your own salad option. Sad to see the parm... crisps go but I appreciate you always serving the protein in the side and not in the salad like so many places. And everythingalways tastes so fresh!!! The only thing I?d request is having an extra pickle option because whatever y?all are using for thepickles is addicting. I could eat them all day. FINALLY! A delicious, fresh and creative salad restaurant in Salt Lake! I placed my first order today and the salad I received... FAR surpassed my expectations! I ordered the Mexican Street Corn Salad, and added grilled chicken. The salad was beautiful,fresh and tasty. The dressing was also great. The chicken was also delicious, even plain (they packaged it separately from thesalad since it was warm). My only negative feedback is that they currently are only open during lunch hours. :D Read more
OMG this place is amazing. I ordered the tomatoes with the buratta cheese and then created my own salad. The tomatoes with the... buratta cheese was the best capresi I have EVER had.
