Food & service were both great. Tried the artichoke dip (with flatbread instead of chips) and the Chicken Bro-Do pizza. Both... were fantastic. First visit to this location. Restaurant is new and has a nice vibe; however there are a lot of homeless peopleon nearby blocks. Hopefully these new businesses can help revitalize this area. Read more
I?ve been to Slackwater a few times and the food is pretty delicious. If you?re looking for some flavorful and creative pizzas... and salads, you?re in the right spot. I?ve enjoyed all of my meals here. The wait can be a little long, but they takereservations. (Parking is better at the Sandy location.) They also do take out, but not for a specific pickup time. Really great service, super cool building, awesome pizza. I came for the October special butternut pizza. It was delicious and... the star of the show was the crust. Really unique and kind of sweet. Not only is this a great place to eat and relax at, it is a great place to work. I really enjoyed the time I worked at... Slackwater. The company sets high standards for the food they put out and they prep almost all of the items. Good quality foodsmake delicious pizzas, nachos, wings and sandwiches. A lot of people that eat out at restaurants only see the front of housestaff and the beatification that goes into the furnishings. There is also a whole world in the back of the house with highlytrained cooks, chefs and preppers. In my opinion there is the most important person in the back of the house; the dishwasher. Noclean dishes-no food can go out. It?s a circle of events that keep this great restaurant alive and everyone is important. Agreat place to eat and make some memories! Stop in and see! Absolutely beautiful view of the mountains and downtown. Great service and a broad menu. We had the dry-rubbed wings and a vegan... pizza. Both were delicious, as were the local beers. We also had some awesome regional IPAs. Totally hit the spot. Great outdoorseating, too. We'll definitely be back! Read more
Went here for the first time recently. We were seated pretty quickly. We tried three pizzas, the margherita, taco camarones, and... the California sunrise. The California sunrise was our favorite-our 8 year old liked it too. They have many draft beeroptions. Read more
Large amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Great choice for beer and pizza. The price of a pizza is $12-20. There is a picky... pie for the picky eaters but do not be afraid to try something new. The ?this is Sparta? and ?Italian job? were excellent. Widevariety of beers to chose from, unfortunately our waitress didn?t let us sample. Street parking available. Read more
I love Slackwater. It's one of my favorite places. Staff is always super friendly, beer selection is the best in Utah hands... down, pizza is AMAZING, and so is the rest of their food. Their artichoke cheese dip is one of the best I've had. Just go, youwon't be disappointed. Read more
