When eating a chicken sandwich I often like to compare it to others I?ve had before. I would say this is a top 3 chicken... sandwich I?ve had in the state. The sandwich is very large and although hard to eat, it?s very worth the mess you mightmake. Fries were cooked very well with a slight crunch Personally didn?t love the street corn option as it didn?t meet my?street corn? expectations. Restaurant was very clean and well kept. I've been wanting to try this place for a while. There might be a downside to super-fast food. I would have waited 10-15 minutes... for the food. The fact that my food was served with 2-3 minutes or ordering tells me that Pretty Bird is super-efficient or theykeep fries and chicken under some sort of hot lamp. The sandwich itself was big and flavorful. Medium wasn't hot enough for meso if I come back, I would try hot. The chicken was not hot (temperature-wise). Will I come back? Probably not. Love there style of chicken especially the sandwich combos. The crispy coatings busting with flavors combined with the tender... and moist chicken inside. Wow amazing!!! Yeah, I will say the same thing one of the consumer told before. Tip automatically added on your bill if you don?t realize. And... the reaction of the owner so unprofessionally. Not the food or the employees but whoever run that google thing, that?s soannoying. And the food of course. As a first timer I just got a tenders. And I did not like it, because of the crunchiness levelof chicken and I felt like I eat churro, I taste something like cinnamon in spices. My husband heard about this places, so we had to give it a try. It?s very nice and modern atmosphere. They have tablets set up... to place your order. No need to stand in line and have someone take your order. The only thing we found with ordering, the tipwas automatically selected. Instead of going to a next step and asking if you want to leave a tip. (Like most places do). Weboth ordered the three piece tenders. I got the medium spice level and my husband got the hot spice level. Our order came outpretty fast. But, we had to guess which one was hot and which one was medium. They don?t mark what is what. So we took a guess.We thought the dark red one was hot and the lighter one was medium. It was the other way around. This place is so good. Honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches I?ve ever had. Menu is simple - basically two types of... chicken sandwiches. I ordered the classic sando first and it was so good I went back the next day and ordered the chickentender roll. They?re both terrific. Can?t really go wrong. Also love their kiosk ordering system. The issue that Pretty Bird has is the freshness of the food that they serve. You will likely want something served hot with some... hot seasonings, but it falls a bit flat when you get a lukewarm piece of chicken in a box. The actual flavor is phenomenal! Theseasonings are flavorful and include some surprise flavors that you won't expect. We got the three piece tenders at the mediumspicy level. They look a bit dry since they aren't dripping in fat like other chicken joints but the exterior is crispy and theinside juicy. Also, the sauces are terrific. This place was super super good. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We LOVED the fries, juicy chicken, and coleslaw and... would definitely eat here again. BUT there are a few things I would change. The Mexican corn salad was just nottttt it. It?scold and has a bunch of chickpeas in it. Would?ve loved some hot street corn off the cob! Also, the buns really need a lighttoasting before the sandwich is assembled. Small note: this is nowhere near as spicy as Nashville hot chicken so definitely goa few levels up if you want to feel the spice. Read more
