Starting off my experience of this location waiting in the drive thru behind one car for almost 10 minutes. When I got to the... menu board, the lady who took my order sounded distracted. You could hear her talking to other employees in the back ground. Shealso screamed as she dropped something as well, then told me to "hold on." When I got to the window I paid for my food and shedid not give me a receipt for my order. I would have liked to have one, because, as I got home I noticed I was missing my sideof mashed potatoes and condiments for my biscuits. My wife ordered spicy chicken and they gave her mild chicken. The food tastes good, HOWEVER!! This particular Popeyes location consistently gets drive-thru orders wrong. Order 8pc nuggets and 8pc hush puppies. Got NO hush puppies which was the main reason I went. Wanted to try theirs. Called 4... times when I got home and saw I didn't have hush puppies. The phone rang until it disconnected each time so I decided to post areview!! Very disappointed! Read more

Drove 12 miles to get what seemed like a good item advertised on TV. When we arrived we asked about the special, 5 pieces of... chicken and were they tenders. They said no just the chicken. We they asked, from the menu for 2 orders of the tendersinstead. When we got to the window we also asked for an order of fries. We were told to pull up, even though no vehicles werebehind us, to wait. We should have checked but the boxes seemed to be the right size. Starting with the fries, on the wayhome, they were cold and very greasy. When we got home we found 2 orders of just chicken, greasy, slimy and inedible. Service is lacking to say the least. The chicken tenders were so dried out you couldn't chew them. They also put my bag of fries... in upside down in the big bag so they were just dumped everywhere. Read more

Who doesn?t love fried chicken? And Popeyes recipe is great! I do not like to give poor reviews. Especially one star reviews.... But this location consistently has issues, and poorly managed, yet I still come frequently as it is convenient when leaving myoffice late. But this may discontinue as the frustration builds with each visit. First, there hours say they?re open until 10,but they stop making chicken around 9:00 (which often is as early ad 8:30 even locking the doors at this point. The chicken atthis location though still edible, is clearly prepared in advance and under what I assume is heat lamps for a long time and orovercooked. The sides are constantly overcooked and more of a mush than than the food you intended to order. Lastly, I like toorder through apps or online with most restaurants.. it?s disappointing that we can?t order Ala Carte chicken.. but more thanthat, the only way to get some items late is through the app as they will tell you they stopped making that item early throughthe drive thru or counter.. once you do get to the restaurant more than 50% of the time you will be directed to wait. Usuallymore than 20 minutes, has been as long as 45 at this restaurant.. no apology, no discount, no anything for the wait.. too badPopeyes can be a much better experience than this (and I?m still talking fast food expectations) Read more

I love Popeyes! This location has taste down so well! Came in two nights in a row because the fam loved the food. But both... nights, mac and cheese was not so mac. ???? it was more like crust and cheese. Both nights, last night and tonight. I wassurprised tonight it came the same way and am wondering if this is legit how it?s suppose to come. ????
