Unpleasantly surprised by the dismal service and atmosphere. Service consists of ordering through a glass wall BEFORE you sit... down and handed a number to sit at that table. Which might be okay if the prices didn't reflect that of fine dinning. But itgets worse. Apparently, if you want chili oil for your pho...that cost more as well. Pho Hoa, I am sorry to say that thedecision to not have Spicy oil on the table and order before seated with a number is, to me considered impersonal andunprofessional. I am not a fan of order then sitting; beyond that, the restaurant is clean, and the employees always hustle; part of the... order/pay model I don't like is once you sit, you are forgotten.
