The BBQ was just good. While I did like the BBQ sauce, it saved the meat. The brisket was a bit dry and half of mine was so... fatty I could really eat it. Sausage was unique, but didn?t impress. Another DDD place I ended up bummed about. The waiter wasnice but seemed really distracted, so the service was slow. At one point we were the only ones there at 7pm on a Friday night!Maybe that says more than anything else. While you won?t be mad you are here, it shouldn?t be hard to find a better place. Read more
Saw Pat?s on DDD and wanted to check it out. Traveled to Salt Lake City so had to come by. Kinda of a funky joint with a good... selection of items. I chose the 2 meat plate ( brisket and sausage)with beans and potato salad. They offer 2 sauces, mild andhot. They had a good flavor but just a little thin for my preference. The potato salad was good and tasty. The baked beans wereflavorful as well. The sausage was good with a thin skin. The brisket was a little fatty for my liking (we all have ourpreferences) but still tasted good (the best I?ve had in Utah). Would I come back? Absolutely!! Nothing exotic about the food. Had to reheat everything. Missing order Garden Salad. Combo 3 Meat no flavor/smoke. Leg & thigh... overcooked the Brisket no flavor Smoke Meatloaf not bad. Mac Cheese plain Greens ok Read more
One of my hundred and I favorite BBQ place. Always love their food! Ate: 3 meat & 2 meat platter w/ 2 sides. Ribs, Brisket,... Pulled Pork, Sausage, Mac&Cheese, Fries, Mashed Potatoes, Jambalaya and Cornbread. Read more
Went for lunch and ordered the smoked wings. They were overcooked but the honey Buffalo flavor was great. Fries were delicious... and the environment was welcoming. Good lunch visit! Read more
Your food is soooo good! I love everything I?ve had from your restaurant. I did order from home because it?s more convenient so... I understand my only complaint. I?m sure working with delivery services is a challenge but I ordered the meatloaf and had toorder two sides apart from what it says it comes with. I only ordered the two extra sides because mashed potatoes and gravywasn?t an option since in the description it entails it comes with the dish. We came in a large group, approximately 30/35 guests for a special event pre-arranged by the celebrants. We were given a private... area and food were served all-you-can-eat style. We arrived on time, buffet table was ready with a good selection of food thatwere served warm. It has been a long while since the last time we ate here and I think the food improved a lot. I wasn't veryimpressed the last time but the food that were served this time were actually yummy good. The ribs were well seasoned and verysoft so I imagined these were smoked for a long time and with a lot of patience. Pulled pork was delicious, the chili/beans weresoo yummy, cornbread was served fresh. The only item that I have in my plate that I didn't like much is the mac&cheese. Eventhough it tasted ok, it was a bit overcooked and watery which I didn't mind since I'm not a fan of mac&cheese in the firstplace. The servers were very nice and actually quick in serving drinks to think there's a lot of us to attend to. The place Ithink needs some facelift to give it some fun and appealing look and feel. - Cornbread was definitely not made that day, it was from the day before. - Brisket was dry, they sliced it about 3/4 inch... thick, which was so odd. No, these weren't burnt ends, they were slices. - Pulled pork had no flavor, not even a hint ofsmoke. - Mashed potatoes had no seasoning, no cream. Literally just smashed potatoes, topped with gravy. The smoked sausage waspretty good, Mac & Cheese was okay. Overall very disappointed, haven't been here in years, won't return. I'd put this experienceon the same level as Dickeys Read more
