Your "we are looking for someone with more experience" is complete lies when your hire for positions like sous chef, managerial,... etc..states to have a comprehensive training program. Unless that is also a lie. Stop telling potential employees that you're"looking for someone with more experience" and just be honest and say "we don't want you" because then people won't be led tobelieve they aren't good enough or don't have the experience when they clearly have years of it. Went out with friends. I had heard good things about The Nordstrom Grill. The food was outstanding and so was the service.... Definitely a hidden treasure. I also had the French Onion soup as well and my husband had a yummy desert. Definitely makereservations because they had to turn many away. Read more
