This is 1 of my 2 favorite Vietnamese restaurants in UT. I pretty much always get the same entree: the Lemongrass Chili Shrimp.... It's so delicious - spicy and savory. The shrimps are nice and big. I cannot find the same caliber of this dish anywhere else.I've tried. Their wonton soup is also my favorite wonton soup, which I have as an appetizer. This place is so good I regularly take my clients here when they are first visiting Salt Lake. The food is consistently... excellent, from appetizers to pho to vermicelli noodle dishes. Service is great, there's rarely a wait (at least for the foodto come out) and the price is right. Check with the restaurant before making a trip... they sometimes close (doesn't show up ongoogle hours) for a couple weeks for an annual vacation , which is totally deserved! Read more

One of my favorite noodle houses in the Western states. The various noodle dishes are amazing. This last time I visited we were... lucky to be served by Beam. He is amazing. He asked all the right questions to help us make the right choice. I must say thatthe stir fried beef special is an amazing dish with a medium rare pepper steak that is cooked to perfection. Be sure to trytheir famous egg rolls. If you get the choice, ask to be seated in Beam's section. He will make sure you have an amazingGastronomy experience! Read more

Good food and excellent service. This is one of my go-to restaurants for so many reasons: clean, delicious comfort food. Be it... appetizers, soup or the main dish. They have good variations on vegetarian dish, seafood and meat dishes. Clean and wellmaintained restaurant with friendly servers. First time here and I can say that they do Pho right! Everything was fresh, the pot stickers were the perfect crisp and soft... texture! You know your dining experience is going to be great, when there?s a wait, but not to worry it was less than 10 min.The servers were attentive and took good care of us. We will be back! Best in SLC!
