If you want to waste 25 minutes, this is the place for you. I ordered 30 nuggets and 2 fries. I had to wait for 15 minutes at... the window only for the crew member to inform me that the has been an influx of nugget orders so she parked me to the side,saying it was only 2 minutes. 4 minutes go by and I go inside to she what the holdup is. My order was gone from the order screenso they forgot about my order and just haphazardly put my order together. Never coming here again. Read more
Loved the service and hospitality of the workers and manager, whom took it upon himself to make sure a customer wasnt turned... away not for lack of funds, but lack of knowledge with technology! I was given my order very promptly. Even thanked him before Ileft...for his understanding of my situation... Side note- Also ate here on my birthday alone ,yet was given exceptionalservice. Thank you to the mcdonalds team members ,regardless of nationality or gender. I look forward to being a teammember Andfor treating me as a person, not judging a book by its cover.... i wants to work and get my family back... get my life back ontrack! My current situation aint nothing but a TEST before my graduation... A PROMOTION to my next level in this life.. i dontknow whst doing or why im putting this here.. just feel good and hopeful that i was given a chance.. from here on out its yptome... also im alone in this city of salt lake and it kinda nice to talk to someone i guess. Pretty good mickey dees they don't usually mess your orders up like the larger majority ones do and it's pretty well kept. Helps... that it's in a more decent side of the neighborhood. So the Pat's are usually a lot more nice. Also now if didn't go here today.I don't always come here only when I come to this area for work. Read more
Being new to a town even for a visit is hard, but finding enjoyable food is twice as hard. And we enjoyed our meal even though... my boyfriend got the bacon double instead of the deluxe that we ordered for him. Still enjoyed it, so far it's been the best ofour trip. Read more

This location is always bad!!! But stupid me thought I'd give it one more try because it's close to home. There was no line... (usually you wait at LEAST 20 min before the line even moves) it was looking promising. NOPE!!!!!!! The fries were so cold anddisgusting (I wish I tried them while I was in the parking lot, so bad I just threw them away.) and both hamburgers were cold,and the bread was hard. Don't waste your time (which count on at least 20 min) and don't waste your money!!! They should justshut this location down!!! Read more
The food is usually pretty good here. I was sort of urked at it still being breakfast only despite being 10 am, but it's... whatevs. I ordered a muffin-less mcgriddle and a caramel latte for me and a mcgriddle and iced hazelnut for my friend. Not onlydid they decide to give me an iced coffee (and not hot like i ordered at the kiosk) but said coffee hadn't been mixed properlyand there was a hair in my friend's muffin. I get that customer service work isn't the best and makes workers not want tointeract with customers, I've been there. But at best, if you don?t have hot lattes available then maybe don't advertise it atyour location. It shouldn't be too hard to update your menu, Karen.
