The food, though fresh, was undercooked. My hamburger meat was still VERY pink inside. Not rare, or bleeding, but almost. But... the staff and store were friendly and clean. I was surprised to see a decent play place in what's basically a downtown McDonalds. The atmosphere was clean, the service was... exactly what we were looking for, and overall it was a pleasant fast food experience. Read more
I feel bad for the staff at this location. They were obviously swamped and trying to bustle along while people were getting... impatient. Regardless, the staff was friendly and made sure everyone in the counter area was taken care of to the best of theirability. The combination of mobile, drive through, lobby screen, and register orders seemed really taxing to for the two orthree staff taking orders and delivering food. Read more
They do the bare minimum here. My grape was good but not fully blended. I got the deluxe bacon and ranch chicken sandwich, and... there were two tiny dots of ranch on it. I get that it?s McDonald?s but If I get a specialty item I at least expect to getwhat?s advertised. There weren?t even any ketchup packets in the bag so it was a super dry sandwich. To start with this is the greeting I get ?yeah?? Than I proceed to give my code and start Ordering my stuff caramel frappe,... french fríes and a cone , they guy asked me if I needed anything else, told him I need a cup with ice and water, ketchup alittle cup and salt his response was ?men you need everything, any extra sauce will charge you 25 cents extra at the window nextwindow? Wow this is the way we are training the customer service guys now days. I made a complain to the manager explain to herthat I have a pretty good crow on google reviews and that I could put a bad review. it seems like she didn?t care, Anyways backto the order never got the salt ???? fries were old cold and they had not change the oil for a while. YO!? What is this? I think... I'm finally there. I'm finally at the place where I make the unmistakable, definite decision to... never eat at McDonald's again.. and never miss it. McDonald's might have once been a respectable place to eat with actual foodbut the standards have obviously gone terribly awry with how massive the chain has become. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. While I was waiting in the drive thru line, the customer asked for salsa & ketchup. I... asked the drive thru guy for it when he handed me the bag. It went like this: Me: can I get ketchup and salsa? Him: it?s in thebag. Me: he just barely asked for it so you wouldn?t have known he wanted it to put it in the bag. Him : wait, what do youwant Me: ketchup and salsa Him:You want it for you? That?s not how it works, I don?t think so. Then he just walked off. Luckilythere was a female employee nearby.
