I have stopped in there a couple of after work around 5:15 pm, the service sucks, there is usually just one person checking... people out, and what I think is the manager is just yelling at the cashier or wandering around the store, not helping anycustomers. Their customer service is great! Regulars come in every morning to pick up their morning coffee and sandwiches. Always clean and... tidy. They are always busy. A very convenient stop for gas as well. Thank you guys! Read more

It's ok the Manager or whoever she is has a real problem with ppl not sure if she should be the Manager but whatever she not... real friendly and has bad customer service... My daughter went in to buy batteries and she said she was rude to her for noreason..i try not to go to this one ?????????????????????????? Read more

Usually when I visit I have a good experience. Melody at the register today, and I will say if I ever see her again, I will... drive to the next one. Poor people skills to say the least. Drink selection is okay, but lacking some of my staples. Read more

So I know there is a ton going on right now with the virus but what happened to me yesterday I feel was big enough to let people... know about. I went in and bought some pickle Chex mix and had some down time and started to read the package and saw the best bydate and I do know that it?s best by that date it doesn?t mean it immediately goes bad. Yesterday was 3/29/2020 and the best bydate was 2/16/2020. Again I know it doesn?t go bad by that date but to be almost a month and a half past the date is too much. Ishouldn?t have to go into a place and have to spend a bunch of time checking all the dates I should be able to trust thecompany. I won?t be coming back. Read more

Normally id give this place five stares. today going into the gas station I was treated very poorly by Alfredo their new guy who... doesn't seem to enjoy their job much. Anytime I go to Maverick I am treated spectacularly by the ladies who run the place.However it seems that they have hired a new fellow who doesn't seem to enjoy his job very much I I walked to the counter withtwo refill drinks in my hands and your burrito set my stuff down and I tell the young gentleman please wait one second while Igo grab two more items. The reason for this was cuz my hands were already full. It took me about 2 seconds to go grab the twoMountain Dews from the Shelf. I come back and he doesn't even move my stuff to the side he is ringing someone else up over mydrinks and cashes the guy out. To me this was kind of ignorant as I was waiting in line with my handsful he could have waitedtwo seconds for me because I was there first. The new guy did not seem to care in the slightest but the other cashier seemed tocare a bit as she asked me what was wrong. He asks if I want a bag I say yes he bags my drinks I grab them and my bag ripps andmy drinks go on the floor. He's smirking and I say k now u can wait for me to grab more my Dews cuase I'm not drinking flat Mtdew. He has a bag out and I tell him why don't we be smarter this time around and double bag it so then he hands me the two bagsto bag it up my self. As I'm bagging my items he rings other people up literally around me. Once again couldn't wait twoseconds. I'm not gonna lie. I could've been nicer however when u give some one poor customer service people will tend to getirritated. I've never had a problem here until today and to the ladies that work there you all are wonderful people. As far asthe new guy goes I would advise to be a little more patient and to come to work with a smile on your face. Learn a few thingsfrom your fellow colleagues workers who seem to provide excellent customer service. Read more
