Okay the best part of this visit was that the girl working the window was so nice and helpful. Seriously the customer service... was a 10/10 and I think she did the best she could under the circumstances. The rough part was that they were out of chicken,out of biscuits and out of Mac and cheese. How does a KFC run out of chicken? Once we got our food it was dry and flavorlessand just definitely not our best KFC experience by any means. They also forgot our silverware but we survived. Read more
I think this place has a new manager. It seems to run smooth and food is good. I love Chicken Pot Pie on Thursdays.
The prices are outrageous! Hard shell tacos say 2.09 on the menu board and 1.69 on the website and was charged 2.29, burritos... say 2.09 on the menu board and 1.79 on the website and was charged 2.29. We bought more food, but you get the idea. The food wassmaller than other locations and frankly not very good. When we asked why the prices were more than its posted on the webisiteand their menu board at the drive up they said its because they are a KFC/ Taco Bell combo. They obviously need to be updatingtheir menu board to let everyone know the actual prices. Read more

this place had changed a lot since the last time I came here much cleaner, there must been a change in management, the staff is... great on the customer service and I received my meal really fast , I will be coming back soon. Read more
Is it company policy (Harman Management) or just your idea to only accept card or exact change? Why can you not accept cash and... give change? Service was not good. The girl at the drive through acted like I was a bother when she asked for my payment. I wasat the drive thru window for 10 minutes after 3 minutes in line. I went there during my lunch break and when I got there, the line was out into the street, and I debated whether I should get in... line. I did anyways, and only ended up waiting for about 5 min. The lady taking orders was quiet, but she heard everything Isaid. The food was really good, the only complaint I have is the sauce is too runny. It was dripping a lot, but stayed together.I've seen all of the negative reviews for this place, and my experience was nothing like that, but I've only been here twice, soI'd say to at least try it Read more
