Good place, nice people, but they seem to close early often enough that i wonder if they have different hours than are posted on... google. Locking the doors definitely communicates the message they are closed, but as a customer, it would be useful to have aclosed sign or the actual hours posted. If they're still taking orders over the phone and not closing early, or something likethat, it would be helpful to have a sign communicating that. Read more
Went in on a Thursday night one customer in the Togo line. We ordered a 16-in giant Italian nightclub on French bread. It took... literally 27 minutes to make. I thought Jimmy John's was the fastest Subway in the West. Guess that only means if you're havingit delivered. Wouldn't go in there again. Read more

Understaffed as usual. Someone making a sandwich for the car already waiting at the window (the sammich was just getting lettuce... and Tom?s st that point) The staff woman standing (doing nothing) at the window waiting for the person who takes orders to makethe sammich. And someone who doesn?t gafas slicing meat. I was told ?just a second? by the dude making the sammich and minuteslater told ?just a second? by the woman standing at the window who wasn?t doing anything but waiting for the sammich maker tofinish. Meanwhile he (silver-hair-mini-man-bun-guy) was speaking to someone on his headset which was not the person slicing meat(who should immediately abandon tomorrows prep to help todays customers) not the kid slicing. I personally had an excellent experience here from start to finish. I don?t normally eat at Jimmy John?s, however my friends... wanted a quick sandwich. As soon as we got inside, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. Wedecided to go with their un-wich option which is a lettuce wrapped sandwich instead of bread. The actual lettuce wrap was huge,crisp, and refreshing. It also was a little sweet which was pleasantly surprising. It held together perfectly while eating thesandwich. No issues or complaints at all with this location, and if I needed a quick snack in the future, I would come backhere. Read more
Do not go here! I ordered a country club with no mayo and no tomato. When I got home I got mayo on it and no turkey despite it... being on the description. So we drove all the way back and they go well we?re out of turkey. My husband said why wouldn?t youtell us that when we ordered ?? They didn?t even mention it when we ordered! Waste of money and time! I would have goneelsewhere if they actually respected their customer and let me know. Read more
