Today I stopped at Java Joes, I usually never buy coffee. I ordered a salted caramel Mocha and asked if I could have the... coffee with milk and sugar. The man taking my order rolled his eyes and explained to me in a very condescending manner that itcomes with milk and sugar in it since it’s a lattee. I replied that I don’t buy coffee often he continued to be rude . Icouldn’t believe how rude he was to me just because I was new to ordering coffee and didn’t realize I didn’t need to askfor milk and sugar. I left feeling upset about his unnecessary response. I can understand standing out in the cold taking orderswould be very hard. That being said, I don’t expect perfect costumer service…. But I would like to feel comfortable askingquestions and making mistakes as a new to ordering coffee. I have been stopping by their locations for many years, they have always been nice and if the coffee was not good they have... always made it right on my next visit. I am usually a mile away before I notice if there was a problem or I’m sure they wouldfix it right then.\n\nIt’s cool to see the owners working most mornings taking care of their clients. Java Jo\'s is hands down my favorite coffee spot in Salt Lake. The staff are all friendly and the coffee excellent (especially... the Iced Mocha with three shots and a half pump of mocha!) Reading some of the negative reviews is hilarious, people complainingthat they were running late to work and had to wait in line?!? That\'s on you the customer for having poor time management. Thecomplaints about being asked if you would like to leave a tip?! Big deal, either accept or decline and if being asked if youwould like to leave a tip causes you \"anxiety\", you have other more serious problems. To sum it up, Java Jo\'s is amazing andmaybe whiners should learn to make coffee at home. Read more
