Asked if I could get the great greens and they said that they don?t have that. I know that Jamba Juice sells it and maybe they... just never heard of it. I politely asked if they could double check and they firmly said no without even bothering to look. Justlost a good paying customer. Read more

I love this Jamba juice, the employees are typically nice and the wait isn?t too bad but I?m allergic to bananas and I ask for... my order without bananas every time. The first time I ordered something from that Jamba juice with bananas in it i specificallyasked for it with no bananas at all and then proceeded to have an allergic reaction come to find that my order had bananas in itafter all. It shows how poorly the employees care about specific instructions and it can really harm someone. Read more
I'd like to start off by saying that this is our local Jamba juice, however we don't visit enough that we know the wait staff or... they know us. We came in because we had some T-Mobile Tuesday coupons and we wanted just to take advantage of that. No matterwhat they tried the app did not work, they were under no obligation as it's not their app to make the discount appliable. Theydid everything short of giving us our Jamba juice free I'm trying to help us in a nice and professional matter. But notprofessional customer service, I mean friendly helpful service. We don't go to Jamba juice a lot it's a great product and it isa little expensive but it's a great product so that would seem to line up. I suggest if you ever go there and Hayden Ester orPiper are working you are going to have great product and a great experience. I love it here, the employees are so nice even when in rush! I just had the Chuncky Strawberry bowl and it's so good(pic... showed)! But please read the ingredients on the board or on your phone,incase your allergic to something, but Dang does thattaste good! I love jamba and have been a loyal customer my whole life and have had no issues until this location. It?s not just one time,... there have been probably 3 times in the last 6 months where my smoothie has had issues. One time there were a million icechunks, another time there were fruit chunks and today it was pure liquid. My greens n ginger tasted like a lemonade, and evenseparated by the time i got home. I?m posting this not to be mean, but to really fix what is going on. I love jamba, but I?m tothe point where i don?t want to go this location anymore. Read more
