They don't let more than 3 parties in at a time, no matter the number of people in each party and also count online orders as a... party. My party of 3 waited 20 minutes just to get seated with only two tables in the entire building seated already and hadalready ate their food and just chilling. It took another 35 minutes to get our food that was cold. Only one waitress wasseating and taking orders, the male waitress just walked around. After our order was taken, 6 parties walked in and out cause noone addressed them. The phone was ringing and no one answered. Two people from delivery places waited a good 20 minutes beforethe one waitress walked over and told them it would be at least 20 minutes before they got their orders. The other two of myparty were willing to walk out without paying. I should have walked out with them but decided to stay even though the waitressstarted cleaning off our table and flirting with the cook before she realized I had not paid and was waiting to do so. The onlyway I will ever come to this location again is to make sure I get free food by walking out without paying cause no one thatworks the late shift gives a care. Read more
How this place has even a 3.7 is beyond me. My family and I came here after a night out. This is the second time we have been to... this location. Just horrible both times. The first time our server was just rude. But this time takes the pancake. We came injust after midnight. Sat in the waiting area for 30+ minutes after being told it would be 10-15 minutes. Mind you they are notbusy there was three family's two of them being two people and one a family of six. All of them done with there food! Justhaving a nice conversation. We finally get seated get our drinks ordered. Look at the menu and order all with in five minutes.All very easy things pancakes, sandwich, chicken fingers. We sat for another 30 minutes. People keep coming in waiting in thewaiting area trying to get anyone to notice them. Our food comes out. My food suppose to have sauce didn't have an on it. Leastof my worries. Will we are eating we watch more people come sit down in the waiting area. The families that had been there whenwe got there all left. One of the pairs standing by the front waiting to pay for 20 minutes. One person from my party triedcalling the restaurant just to get some attention. Didn't work just rang continuously. I guess having a conversation with thecook is more important then customers? We heard plenty of there conversation now if only we spoke Spanish we could of known whatwas so exciting in the kitchen. Anytime someone was lucky to get the serves attention mainly the female they where told it wouldbe 15-20 minutes for any and all food items. That is horrible. We where the only people sat at that time and we had our food andhad ate it all. So why such a long time? How this place is still in business I will never know. I drive for Uber Eats and this IHOP is very quick during the day but as soon as the graveyard shift comes on you can kiss quick,... efficient, professional, accommodating, and all around GOOD RESTAURANT ETIQUETTE Goodbye!!!! Watch your back at this place. The waiter with English accent was so horrible it?s hard to put in words how bad my dining... experience was. I ordered a lot of food trying to cram in all my daily calories for the day and so he called me a future fatperson? lol. I am tall and skinny, no idea what that was about. Sounds like he is insecure about being overweight. He was sovulgar about many other things... My jaw dropped I was so shocked, I was completely caught off guard and didn?t know what to sayback. I was so nice to the guy, I never thought a waiter could do that. I was going to cancel the order but I was starving? Itwas like paying to get slapped across the face. We love breakfast any time of day and IHOP is one of our goto place. We came early evening to get some breakfast fix for dinner.... It was a weekday and only couple tables occupied. I can see there were only two servers and probably one of them is doing thecooking as well since our food took a bit longer than usual. We were starving but the server was very pleasant and keepsrefilling our drinks while we patiently wait for our dish to be served so it was ok. I think one of the servers is alsoon-training and shadowing the other server. Our food came out very warm, clean presentation and tasted consistently good as weexpected. The wait is well worth it and I think this will be the norm for a while since most restaurants are under staffednowadays. There you go, we just need to be more understanding and patient. I was disappointed I couldn't pick syrup or any syrup flavors, but everything else was fantastic and was made very quickly after... I ordered....except I didn't get the 8 pancakes that was supposed to be in the order, only 5. Would have been 5 stars if I hadactually gotten all of the food I payed for. Edit: Updated my rating. Found...something...not really sure what it is, in one ofthe pancakes while I was eating the middle with all the cheesecake bits. Green and slimy. Don't think I'll be coming back here Read more
The service was so so. However when the food finally arrived to our table it was ice cold. Also when we asked for the plant... based alternative sausage instead of the pork sausage the waitress said she'd have to see if she could substitute it. Read more
